3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
We accept payments through [list payment gateways, e.g. FPX, Billplz, credit/debit cards, etc.].
Once payment is made, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including stock issues or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery

LUNÉA is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Re-delivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
For eligible returns, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days after confirmation.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method after inspection.
