At LUNÉA, every piece is carefully crafted and inspected before delivery. As a boutique label, we are unable to accommodate returns due to change of mind. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly arrange a refund.
🛡️ Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items with clear manufacturing defects, under the following conditions:
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
A clear unboxing video is provided, showing the parcel being opened and the issue
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
⚠️ Returns Not Accepted For:
Change of mind or personal preference
Minor variations due to material texture or handmade details
Items used, worn, or damaged after delivery

The unboxing video clearly showing the defect
Supporting photos, if needed
We will assess your request and respond within 1–2 working days.
💸 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs may be covered if the defect is confirmed.
