📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
🚚 Shipping within Malaysia
West Malaysia (WM)
Standard Shipping: RM8
Free shipping on orders RM150 and above
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

East Malaysia (EM)
Shipping rates start from RM25 onwards, depending on the item purchased and volumetric weight.
Free shipping is not applicable for East Malaysia.
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.

🌏 International Shipping
We ship to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

📍 Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey in real time. If you don’t receive it within 48 hours, feel free to contact us.
